SIPP

A self-administered (member directed) personal pension scheme, combining a full range of investment opportunities as permitted by HM Revenue & Customs, together with maximum flexibility on retirement, available at an extremely cost effective charge. The IPS SIPP provides an alternative to conventional personal pensions by offering the individual control of their pension arrangements, as demanded by today's discerning investor.

The IPS SIPP is not tied to any investment product and allows complete flexibility; in particular our clients can:

  • purchase commercial property, including new business premises, with the aid of borrowing
  • appoint a fund manager of their choice to manage an investment portfolio
  • buy and sell shares through a stockbroker of their choice
  • invest in a range of asset classes such as unquoted equities and residential property funds

Further Information

A SIPP may not be suitable for all investors, therefore if you are in doubt you should consult your Independent Financial Adviser. The IPS Partnership is not authorised to give advice and the following downloads are for information or creating a new IPS SIPP:
