IFA Introducers
At IPS we distribute our products and services via Independent Financial Advisers (IFA) and our relationship with our introducers is of paramount importance to us. We therefore maintain these relationships in the following ways:
- Each IFA has a designated Business Development Manager, whose job is to act as the point of liaison for the IFA for new business enquiries, technical queries, to provide product information, training, attend meetings, meet with clients where necessary and to maintain the relationship. The Business Development Managers report to the Business Development Director, who manages the sales, marketing and product development of the IPS product range.
- Each IFA has a designated Account Executive, who handles the day to day administration of their clients' SIPPs. The Account Executives are available to answer any queries or questions on everyday administration matters. The Account Executives report to the SIPP Department Manager.
- The SIPP Department Manager oversees the administration processes. He is available to answer any general queries concerning the handling of the IFA's clients, or any service issues. The SIPP Department Manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
- The Chief Operating Officer oversees the overall operation of the company's administration services, and can answer any queries or questions of a service nature.
In order for us to accept SIPP business introduced via an IFA, we will require an Introducers Terms of Business to be completed and returned. We will then provide a unique username and password to access client data and use our online system to produce new business illustrations.
